Our programming consists of 3 strength training days per week. Our goal is to help you feel and look stronger without making you “bulky”, if that’s not what you are after. We offer a fun variety of strength workouts so you never get bored and keep the workout moving so you always get a great sweat!
We will meet you where you are at. The strength component of our training places a strong emphasis on the individual. We realize that everyone has their own different needs, abilities and desired difficulty level. In any given workout you will see our coaches modifying a movement to make it safer for one member, while encouraging another to do something more challenging.
While this is group training, we take pride in and are pro’s at individualizing the workout.
Our conditioning workouts are arguably some of the most fun you will ever have doing “cardio”!
These uptempo workouts will have you rowing, riding, slamming and pushing your way to some of the highest calorie burns you have ever had in a workout!
It’s not just about the calories…it’s about firing up the lungs, getting your heart pumping and giving you a sweat like you have never had before all with an energetic group of members and a coach to push you along the way.
