Get stronger, faster and fit with our industry standard strength and conditioning routine that is specifically designed to help busy adults get fit in just 45 minutes a day. We will make sure that you constantly progress and learn how to move efficiently and safe.

Strength and Conditioning Training

Our programming consists of 3 strength training days per week. Our goal is to help you feel and look stronger without making you “bulky”, if that’s not what you are after. We offer a fun variety of strength workouts so you never get bored and keep the workout moving so you always get a great sweat!

We will meet you where you are at. The strength component of our training places a strong emphasis on the individual. We realize that everyone has their own different needs, abilities and desired difficulty level. In any given workout you will see our coaches modifying a movement to make it safer for one member, while encouraging another to do something more challenging.

While this is group training, we take pride in and are pro’s at individualizing the workout.

Our conditioning workouts are arguably some of the most fun you will ever have doing “cardio”!

These uptempo workouts will have you rowing, riding, slamming and pushing your way to some of the highest calorie burns you have ever had in a workout!

It’s not just about the calories…it’s about firing up the lungs, getting your heart pumping and giving you a sweat like you have never had before all with an energetic group of members and a coach to push you along the way.

One-On-One Strategy Sessions and Nutrition Accountability

During your first month with us (assuming you love your first workout), we will sit down for what we call a 1:1 StrategySession. This is the foundation of why our program works and we do if with every new face, regardless of wether or not the join as a member thereafter. We want to make sure you are motivated and have a plan!

During our Strategy Session, will dive in to the mental, physical and nutritional components of our program, explore why you are here working out with us and how we can help you reach your most ideal outcomes. With each member having a different a lifestyle, varying motivations, and different abilities, it is important to us that we make the important coach to member connection that helps separate us from other gyms.

This is your time to let someone else focus on your goals and help you get them. No kids around, no boss giving you deadlines….just you and a coach who is dedicated to your results.

We will spend the majority of the conversation honing in on nutrition and how it relates to your specific goals. Our plan is to put into action a realistic plan that fits into your busy lifestyle. There are no diets or fads here…you can count on strategizing a plan that fits for the long haul so you can get results and keep them.
