SMALL GROUP TRAINING

LEVEL UP! is our flagship, group-fitness program.

We train in a revolving, 12-Week Program Cycle so that you can easily track progress and set new benchmarks throughout the year. We'll meet you where you are. If you are new to this, jump in any time! You won't feel like you have to keep up, we promise! However, if an added challenge is something you are looking for, we can help with that too!

With over 150 members, our group training program covers all of your strength and conditioning needs. We'll coach you at every step of the way. No matter your fitness level, our team will be in your corner from Day 1, making sure we learn about you so you can get the most out of our workouts.

Joining Plank’d Fitness does not mean you will have to make unrealistic changes to your lifestyle! We know you are a busy adult. Let us help you plan fitness into your life so that it can become part of your life.

Meet the Barbelle's!

This group of amazing ladies meets mid-morning, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! We work on low-impact strength training while mixing in balance, mobility and coordination.

Being retired doesn't mean being TIRED. It means getting down on the floor with your grandkids, traveling the world with ease and staying active for life!

The Forever Program is a step to the side from our Level Up programming. Members can expect a smaller, more personalized group fitness experience, catered to your specific fitness need and abilities.
