At Plank’d Fitness, we believe that fitness should be effective, welcoming, and fun. With expert-led small group training and personal coaching, we offer structured programs designed to help you see real progress—without the boredom or burnout. Members love our engaging workouts, strong community, and knowledgeable coaches who meet them at their fitness level and help them reach their goals.

Expert Trainers, Personalized Support

The Plank’d Fitness coaching team is made up of experienced, passionate trainers who specialize in different areas of fitness, from kettlebells and strength training to yoga and mobility. With backgrounds in exercise science, movement coaching, and real-world training, our coaches are dedicated to helping every member feel strong, confident, and supported. We take fitness seriously—but not ourselves—so expect expert guidance, a little fun, and plenty of motivation every time you step into the gym.

Back in 2017, I opened Plank’d Fitness with one mission: to break away from the fitness industry’s fads and quick-fix gimmicks. I was tired of the empty promises, the “get shredded in 6 weeks” schemes, and the idea that fitness had to be all or nothing. I wanted to create something different-a community-driven gym that sticks to the basics, makes fitness fun, and focuses on short-term wins that build toward long-term success. 

No shortcuts, no BS-just real training, real support, and real progress. At Plank’d, we don’t just show up to burn calories. We train to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence that carries over into everyday life. Our workouts are designed to meet you where you are, challenge you, and keep you coming back-not because you have to, but because you want to. Recently remodeled with new flooring, fresh paint, and upgraded lighting, our gym is both sleek and inviting. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by our neon logo sign and an uplifting “It’s Happy Here” wall, setting the tone for a fun and motivating experience. With a well-organized training area, spacious workout zones, and expert coaching, we provide everything you need to train effectively and feel at home.
